Frequently Asked Questions

We offer same and next day ordering! All same day orders (for delivery) must be placed by 12 NOON to b received the same day. You're able to order up to 3 months in advance! Keep in mind Monday/ Tuesday is NOT a business day as we are closed. 

Delivery is a flat rate of $10!

Missed the delivery cutoff window?- We offer “rushed delivery“ for a flat rate of $20. 

We access each delivery situation on an individual basis. We will ask for permission to leave the order on the porch in a bucket to ensure freshness followed up by a call to the recipient, or recipient can call to schedule a pick up. 

We currently do not offer shipping. 

We are able to cater to larger event orders. All large orders must be placed a minimum of 21 days in advance. 

Yes. Describe in full detail or send over a photo. 

We strive to be ONE OF A KIND, afterall we are a custom design studio 😉. We believe every flower shape/size is different. We arrange our flowers according to what looks best to the eye. Ensuring a beautiful one of a kind arrangement. 

We are able to get special fresh cut flowers upon request. Prices vary.

That means the floral designer will choose the assorted flowers that are used! 

5-7 days. 

Keep water level filled- flowers take up water through the bottom of its stems and the sides. Be sure to keep water clean, changing it every other day. Re-trim stems each time you clean the water. Add a floral food packet (provided). Avoid heat, direct sunlight and windows! Keep in a cool place.
